Coloplast Charter Best Start™ is a NEW unique programme for people who have started using ISC or have recently changed their catheter.
The first few days
First call (5-7 days after you have been taught ISC)
Our experienced specialists will call your patient within a few days to discuss the routine the nurse has asked them to follow and set up ongoing delivery preferences. Our specialists are on hand to answer any concerns patients may have about starting ISC and provide ongoing support to their new routine.
If we uncover an issue that we can’t resolve, we will advise you to see your specialist nurse or GP.
The Always There™ programme provides ongoing support for patients as they become more confident with their routine.
Everybody has a different experience of starting ISC – for some it is needed for just a few months while for others it will be part of their life for many years. We speak to catheter users all the time, so we are in a great position to pass on tips, advice and the wisdom of other users’ experiences.
