I can’t log in. What should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on 'Log in' and selecting 'Forgot password.'

If you've tried resetting your password and still can't log in, please register for a new Coloplast account using your usual email address to order your prescribed products. If problems persist, please contact us.

Where is my order?

If you already received a confirmation email or text from DPD, it will have a link to track your order. You can also log into your account to track the status of your order. 

If you have questions or concerns related to the status of your delivery, please contact DPD customer service through their app or website. 

Why is my order delayed?

Once we receive your order, we request your prescription directly from your GP.  We often receive prescriptions back within 3 days however, some do take longer.  If you think your GP may not have sent your prescription, please check with them directly.  

If your order has already been collected from us by DPD and you have received a shipping confirmation email, please track your order by logging into the DPD app or website. 

If you need your products urgently, please call us on the numbers listed above. 

I’m going on holiday – can I order additional products to take?

Yes, we’ll help make sure that you have what you need. Add the number of products you need to your basket and complete the checkout. When the number of products in an order differs from your usual prescription, we will need to confirm this with you, and one of our Customer Care team will contact you.

I’d like to receive my stoma bags pre-cut. How do I request this?

If you would like us to cut your stoma bags specifically to your template, simply tick the ‘cutting required’ box during checkout and provide us with a stoma bag cutting template. You will have to tick the box on every order. Read more about the process here.

I’m not home at the time of delivery or would like to have it sent to a pick-up place. Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes – use the DPD app or website to reschedule or redirect your delivery.  

Why do I only receive complimentary items with certain orders?

We add complimentary products to orders with a core item, such as stoma bags, catheters or Peristeen. If your order only contains stoma supporting products, complimentary items are not added automatically but you can contact us to request them. 

How do I dispose of my used catheters?

Used catheters should be disposed of with normal household waste.  

How do I dispose of my stoma bags and baseplates?

Put your used stoma bag and any supporting products in the complimentary disposable bag and tie the top before disposing of with normal household waste.
