Quick and convenient reordering of your products

If you are already a Coloplast Charter customer and have previously ordered by phone or via your healthcare professional:

Simply create an online account, we then will retrieve your prescription details from previous orders, and these will appear in your account once you’re logged in.

If you already have an online account and have placed an order before:

Log in to your account using the button at the top of the page or below.

In your account, you can see your prescribed products in the ‘Reordering’ section. Your regular products are pre-selected for you, so simply review what you need, deselect any you don’t require this time and click ‘Add selected to basket’ and continue to checkout.

Double check you are happy with your order and complete checkout.

What happens once you have placed your order?

When you have placed your order, we send you an order confirmation email. Once we receive your prescription from your GP and your order has been processed, we send you another email to let you know your order is on its way. You can track the status of your order anytime in your account.

How to edit your regular order

Your regular product order and quantities are based on your current prescription. If you wish to change quantities of any product, edit your basket before checkout. Please be aware that any changes to products or quantities will need approval from your GP who we will contact on your behalf. 

We provide complimentary products with each order

In addition to your prescribed products, we will send you complimentary items (wet wipes, dry wipes and disposable bags) with each order to ease and support your routine. If you do not wish to receive complimentary items, you can easily remove them from your basket.

Fast and reliable delivery to your home

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your prescription from your GP. We partner with DPD for fast and reliable delivery, so you receive your products safely and on time. You can track your delivery in your DPD account.
