What happens once you have placed your order?
When you have placed your order, we send you an order confirmation email. Once we receive your prescription from your GP and your order has been processed, we send you another email to let you know your order is on its way. You can track the status of your order anytime in your account.
How to edit your regular order
Your regular product order and quantities are based on your current prescription. If you wish to change quantities of any product, edit your basket before checkout. Please be aware that any changes to products or quantities will need approval from your GP who we will contact on your behalf.
We provide complimentary products with each order
In addition to your prescribed products, we will send you complimentary items (wet wipes, dry wipes and disposable bags) with each order to ease and support your routine. If you do not wish to receive complimentary items, you can easily remove them from your basket.
Fast and reliable delivery to your home
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your prescription from your GP. We partner with DPD for fast and reliable delivery, so you receive your products safely and on time. You can track your delivery in your DPD account.
Alternative ways to manage your orders
If you’re looking for different ways to manage your ordering routine, we can help you find what works for you.
Our repeat ordering service is an option if you have the same regular order and an established routine. This service means your regular order will be sent to you each month without you having to contact us. We’ll work with your GP to obtain your prescription each time and check in with you on a quarterly basis to ensure you are still receiving the right products for you.
If you would prefer to talk to us each month but are worried you may forget to place a regular order, you may want to join our personalised monthly call service. Each month, one of our Customer Care Specialists can call you to discuss your product needs and place your order.
